so i'm back again with MORE pictures from arctic extreme!! for those who haven't read about it yet, go 2 posts back & read it!

credit goes to Øyvind Gustavsen for taking these pictures

Day 1: checking out the food we were given. i also forgot to mention that we were given whale meat (which was pretty goooood) and dried moose meat (which was so hard on the teeth!)

there were bees following us the whole time! i think that there were only 3 stings though. this is hanna

day 2: taking a break while climbing the mountain.

on our way down the mountain
me and lenneke, a couple of times she lost her footing and slid into me, so i'd have to brace myself so we both didn't fall down! i'd look back every once and a while it if heard some rocks falling. good times :)

our theme song was "just keep walking, just keep walking" (sung to the tune of "just keep swimming" from finding nemo)

crossing the river together

they were trying to figure out a way to get more guys to come out here. ha, what better way than this?

Thanks for sharing the journey in greater detail. Now we feel like we know the individual students and staff much better, and pray that you will continue to draw closer as one team.

Love, Dad xoxo
